NetWell’s QBO Blankets offer the benefits of both a sound absorber and noise barrier for outdoor applications. This exterior noise abatement solution consists of a 2″ thick vinyl coated fiberglass quilted sound absorber that is bonded to a 1lb per square foot reinforced loaded vinyl noise barrier.
