Featuring full belt speed, temperature, and atmosphere control, the unit can be continuously monitored to ensure optimal results. All critical parts such as heating units, muffles, and cooling chambers are easily replaceable. Our Mesh Belt Conveyor Furnaces include a Nichrome V-belt, alloy 600 muffle, table extension and transformer. The belt speed of the unit is designed around a 1:10 ratio for smooth and efficient movement. For intuitive operation, each unit is integrated with a cost effective; upgraded touchscreen PLC control system. Additional instrumentation includes an oxygen analyzer, moisture monitor, and belt stop alarm.
