We offer custom engineered solutions for the electric immersion holding of aluminum. The Electric Immersion Holding furnace reduces energy consumption by as much as 50% and improves operational ROI. We’ve also integrated high-performance temperature control features that provide uniformity throughout the bath, ultimately improving metal quality and reducing the risk of sludge. Our models feature holding capacities between 2400 to 15,000 lbs., built with the lowest thermal conductivity hot face material available for aluminum processing.
