Designed to offer an inert gas, standard atmosphere, the lightweight ceramic block insulation helps reuse power consumption for faster thermal cycling and reduced heat loss. Designed to boost plant productivity and efficiency, it yields consistent temperature and atmospheric uniformity. The included low watt-density RO elements are designed with round cross-sectional areas, allowing for long-term stability, minimal resistance changes, and longer service life. We can customize this furnace to include your choice of brick insulation or lightweight ceramic blocks depending on your requirements. It can also be equipped with endothermic, exothermic, dissociated ammonia, or nitrogen atmosphere systems. Retort, dewpoint control, or roller hearth rails can also be added.
