Pacemaker® SL Electrically Powered Integral Quench Furnaces

With over 100 years of experience in heat treatment and melting solutions, our team at Lindberg/MPH continues its tradition of innovation with the Pacemaker Integral Quench Furnace. Available as an electric model, it is designed to be capable of up to 1950°F. The Pacemaker SL offers excellent temperature and carbon uniformity as both temperature and atmosphere are automatically controlled and recorded. The system is built with an air-to-oil quench cooling heat exchanger, it features immersion heaters, temperature controller, oil level sight gauge, and level alarm. The Pacemaker includes our Lindberg Quench Guard water detection device, emergency Nitrogen gas purge, and flowmeters that control endothermic (or Nitrogen/Methanol), natural, or ammonia gas additions. This furnace excels in uniform heating due to precision source placement and a well engineered chamber area. This unit is supplied with variable speed quench agitation and other furnace control components.
