Updated Drives, ball screws, and work head in the last 5 years.

Specifically designed for grinding punches, the ANCA PGX CNC Punch Grinder can grind round, eccentric, and step punches up to 150 mm (6″) in high speed steel and carbide and effectively uses both conventional and super abrasive grinding wheels.

The large 762 mm (30″) grinding wheel provides high stock removal rates, extends wheel life, and helps assure high quality surface finishes. The wheel speed is directly programmable via the CNC from 200 to 3000 rpm or at a constant surface speed for short cycle times.
