At Inovatec Machinery, we offer vibratory finishing equipment for prototype and low to high volume production. We provide tumblers, dryers, washers, tubs, bowls, magnetic separators, rotary barrel polishers, drag, centrifugal disk and barrel finishing machines. Automation capabilities include computer controlled process, manual and PLC. We work with polyethylene lining and heavy-duty steel materials.
Machine area ranges from 1/2 ft³ to 100 ft³. We use several abrasive media including ceramic, corn cob, plastic, stainless steel shot, aluminum oxide, glass beads, silicon carbide and walnut shells. Lead times are quoted on job by job basis with minimum 3 to maximum 6 weeks. Emergency and rush services are available. We are CE, Kaizen/5S and ISO 9001:14001 certified, lean and lights out manufacturing capable.
