The FT10 trimmer is mainly aimed at the educational market, where safety is of paramount importance. An light abrasive cutting disc is rotated by the motor to slit into the side wall of the vacuum forming. The FT20 is similar to the FT10 apart from the additional fence that can be used to guide your work across the machine and the ability to angle the table top which is useful if you want to sand a draft angle on wooden pattens. The fence also includes a fitting for the attachment of a vacuum cleaner to extract any sanding or plastic particles.
