What We Do:

• Alto produces custom and standard roll formed and stamped parts with special capabilities such as in-line pre and post punching, embossing, progressive stampings, bending, welding, riveting and degreasing.
• We work with all metal types; ferrous, non-ferrous, raw (mill) and pre-finished metals with thicknesses ranging from 0.007 – 0.135 and stock widths up to 15″.
• We have a wide variety of “stock” tooling to produce standard parts such as lock- seam, butt-seam and open gap tubing, drawer slides, channels, angles, “wrap-a-round” rectangular and circular frames, tracks and moldings.
• We also manufacture a line of proprietary products including plaque and picture frame hangers, mirror and furniture hardware and aluminum advertising, poster and commercial display frames.

Highlights:

• Alto houses a full service toolroom including on-site tool designing and engineering. We have quick turn around for die maintenance and repairs and we have extensive experience in designing new tooling for custom parts.
• Our 55,000 square foot facility allows ample space to handle customer blanket orders for JIT delivery.

• Roll Formed Frames “Wraparound” Frames/Medicine Chest Frames

  Our all metal roll formed frames are pre mitered and shipped ready to “wrap around” medicine chests, mirrors, air filters, certificates, posters, cork boards, dry erase boards, letter boards, chalk boards and planner boards. Currently produced in 0.015 and 0.018 thick 430 stainless, solid brass, brass plate, aluminum and cold rolled steel with and without peel off protective PVC. We offer aluminum and cold rolled steel with and without peel off protective PVC. We offer standard inside dimension channel widths of 0.210″ – 0.240″ and 0.345″ – 0.380″, standard sizes of 16″ x 20″, 16″ x 22″ and 16″ x 26″ and three standard closure options: tongue and slot, clip and slot and screw hole. Custom sizes and materials quoted upon request.
