Trisodium Phosphate

Trisodium phosphate is a white inorganic solid. It is used as a buffering agent, emulsifying agent, anti-caking agent, antioxidant and nutritional supplement in the food industry. It is used as a disinfectant and bleach, and water. It is used in developing photographs, sugar clarification, removing boiler scales, water softener, paper production, leather tanning, dairy substitutes, and eradicating insecticides from fruit. It is also employed to conserve biologically active soil samples and nucleotide fractionization.
