Potassium Tripolyphosphate (KTPP)

Potassium Tripolyphosphate is a white solid. It is used as a buffering and chelating agent in the chemical industry. It is also used as a sequestering agent for calcium, magnesium, and iron in food products, and as a builder for soaps, detergents, and liquid cleaning formulations. It is used as a stabilizer, an emulsifier, a preservative, a humectant, a thickener, and a softening agent in the preparation of food products.
