N-Propyl Alcohol

N-Propyl Alcohol (n-Propanol) is a colorless liquid. It is used in the production of pharmaceuticals, perfumes, lacquer, dyes, antifreeze, sanitizers, soaps, cosmetic and skin/hair care products, and window cleaners. It is utilized as a solvent to synthesize mesoporous alumina, in flexographic printing inks and pesticide formulations. It is used as a ruminant feed supplement and food flavoring agent.
