Monocalcium Phosphate

Monocalcium Phosphate is a white solid. It is widely used in fertilizers and enamel, as an analytical reagent, in sewage treatment, additive in glass production, and as a plastic stabilizer and fixing agent. It is used as an acidulant in wheat flour and baking powder, as a mineral supplement for foods and feeds, as a calcium fortifier, as a wine flavoring agent, as a fermentation accelerator and yeast nutrient, and as a loosening agent for food products.
