270 Mesh White Barite

This material is made from Canadian barite ores that are selected for their high brightness & purity, high specific gravity, low solubility and inert chemistry in a variety of systems. This product has a small amount, 0.2%, of material retained on a 325-mesh screen and is clean on a 270-mesh screen. It has a top size of about 53 microns and a median particle size of 7.0 microns. It finds use in paint & coatings, construction products, plastics, adhesives and many other applications where brightness is required.
