We have been fabricating high quality washers since 1919, producing widely used products such as our custom precision aluminum flat washers. These washers have many advantageous properties; they are lightweight – weighing in at only 1/3 the weight of steel washers. Aluminum flat washers have good sealing capabilities, are not magnetic, and make for good heat and electrical conductors. They can be anodized to increase corrosion resistance, are available in several finishes that include sulfuric dichromate, black oxide, cadmium, and are available in numerous colors by thickness. We work with many different grades of aluminum, such as 1100, 2024, 3003, 5052, 6061, and 7075 assorted tempers. Our flexible facility can produce washers in outer diameters from 0.062 to 8″ and thicknesses ranging from 0.007 to 0.063″. We guarantee that our work is of the highest quality, both with our ISO 9001:2008 certification and our adherence to a wide scope of industry standards. These include ASME, ASTM, CSA, DOD, FAA, FDA, QS, and Mil-Spec.
