We stock soft, half-hard, hard, and annealed copper to create parts for a number of different functions, including gaskets, spacers, shims, sealing, crush washers, and for the continuity of electrical contacts especially for the electric car industry. Using our state-of-the-art machinery, we can create our parts and washers in a variety of sizes, including outer diameters ranging from 0.062 to 8″ and thicknesses from 0.002 to 0.090″. Our copper flat washers offer many benefits; they are non-magnetic, great electrical conductors, can be heat treated for additional hardening or cleaning, and have excellent sealing capabilities. We produce washers that meet a breadth of industry standards, including ANSI, ASME, DOD, FAA, NADCAP, Mil-Spec, SAE, and TS, just to name a few. To ensure that our finished products are of the highest quality, we have an EZ Starrett Optical Comparator Machine and employ many advanced inspection methods, including first and final part inspection and FAI AS9102.
