At Bally Ribbon Mills, we manufacture custom tapes and webbings by following lean manufacturing principles. Our general capabilities include prototyping and fabrication. We utilize shuttle, needle and jacquard weaving technologies along with flat, collapsed, assembled biaxial and triaxial braiding methods. Basket, plain, satin and twill weave types are available.

As a full-service manufacturing facility, we offer unidirectional fabrics, seamless tubular woven materials, narrow woven tapes and webbings. We have a broad product line of medical textiles including implantable ligature tapes, tissue culture scrims, biomedical webbings, dental prosthetics and monofilament materials. Our state-of-the-art equipment support narrow woven widths from 0.0625 to 12 inches.

We excel at designing and producing woven structural shapes for hybrid composite structures including 2-D shapes, 3-D angles, tubular webbings, polar and spiral weaves. Our post-weave processes include dyeing, hole punching, laser cutting, sonic welding, heat setting, scouring, pre-shrinking, resin treating and finishing. We support a minimum production volume of 200 yards.

We are Kaizen/5S, yellow, green and black belt Six Sigma certified. Lead times are quoted on job-by-job basis. Emergency and rush services are available.
