We can make spring steel with wire thicknesses from 0.002 to 1 in., outside diameters of 12 in. and unlimited lengths. Our materials come with striking features such as black oxide powder coating, zinc, cadmium, tin, silver and gold plating. We support stamping metal thicknesses from 0.002 to 0.175 in., widths of 12 in. and lengths of 24 in.
Our secondary services include sheet metal fabrication, EDM, forming, punching, brazing, hardware insertion, welding, riveting, tapping, threading, punch pressing, packaging, assembly and JIT delivery. Prototype, low to high volume production and blanket orders are supported from 1 to millions of units. Our quality department is ISO 9001:2000 and MIL-1-45208A certified. Lead times are quoted on a job by job basis.
