PowerStack 2800 Ampere (A)/1200 Volt (V) Liquid-Cooled Half-Bridge Insulated-Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) Inverters

The IAPL2800D120 PowerStack is a flexible, highly integrated IGBT based power assembly with a wide range of applications. These include inverters for motor controls, switch mode power supplies (SMPS), UPS, welders, etc. The IAPL2800D120 PowerStack can be operated at frequencies up to 20kHz. The IAPL2800D120 PowerStack is configured as a half-bridge inverter mounted on a liquid cooled heat sink. Options include full, half or uncontrolled input converter, output topology, cooling type and gate drivers with safety features for the input and output stages.

To operate at high switching frequencies, the IAPL2800D120 PowerStack utilizes a low inductance laminated bus structure, fiberoptic or optically isolated gate drivers, isolated power supplies and DC-link capacitor bank.
