PowerStack 1400 Ampere (A)/1200 Volt (V) Full Bridge Insulated-Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) Inverters

The IAPI400BI20 PowerStack is a flexible, highly integrated IGBT power assembly configured as a lull bridge inverter for many high power applications. The IAP1400B120 may be used as a single phase output inverter or a full-bridge inverter or three IAP1400BI20 may be combined for use as a three-phase inverter.

This PowerStack may be supplied for forced air-cooled (IAP1400B120H) or liquid-cooled (IAPL1400B120) Operation. To operate at high switching frequencies, the IAP1400B120 PowerStack utilizes a low inductance laminated bus structure, fiberoptic or optically isolated gate drivers, isolated power supplies and DC-link capacitor bank
