By combining our expertise in manufacturing small powdered metal parts with our low volume assembly services, we provide turnkey solutions for products with complex material requirements and strict quality criteria, such as precision medical assemblies. Our manufacturing facility is equipped with presses in the 0.5-ton to 50-ton range for compacting metal powders into close tolerance, geometrically complex shapes, which we process in high-performance sintering furnaces to metallurgically bond the metal powder particles until the desired physical properties are attained.

When we manufacture a completed assembly, we leverage the full advantages of powder metal processing. We produce the various elements of the assembly from different metal powders based on their functional requirements, and we can heat treat or impregnate them with resin or oil to enhance their performance characteristics. Our experienced mechanical assembly technicians have an excellent mix of skills and build assemblies that exhibit the highest caliber of quality.
