Classic Wire Type SOOW Cables <\/b>are suitable for indoor and outdoor use and are resistant to the effects of weather, water, and sunlight. Cables can be submerged in shallow water up to 60°C for 3 months maximum, For small motors and associated machinery, portable tools and equipment.<\/p>\n

Construction<\/b>
Conductors: <\/b>Type SOOW\/SJOOW Cable is manufactured using flexible stranded Class K through 18 to 10 AWG conductors per ASTM B-174.
Insulation: <\/b>90° heat, moisture and oil resistant EPDM rubber insulation.
Assembly: <\/b>The insulated conductors are cabled with non-wicking wax paper fillers, with a tissue-paper separator wrapped around the assembly to promote easier removal of the jacket.
Jacket : <\/b>A heat, moisture and oil resistant flexible CPE jacket is extruded over the assembly to complete the construction.<\/p>\n
