At Lancaster Packaging, we offer design and distribution services for wholesale packaging. Our capabilities include contract packaging, custom design and assembly. We utilize bagging, blister packing, cartoning and kitting processes for contract packaging. Our design considerations include part drawings, level of protection, military or commercial specs, frozen food packaging, level of security, BAE requirement, environmental protections, reverse engineering/redesigns, engineering approval, samples and lead times.

We have a design process that takes into account creation of the standard project process, secure methods for information flow, design questionnaire, procurement, definition of deliverables and project tracking. Materials we work with are Kraft corrugated, cardboard, chipboard, metals, wood, foam, newsprint, paper, polyurethane, polyethylene, polystyrene and VCI. We provide different types of container styles such as spray cans, jars, lidded trays, diffusers, sachets, packets, pouches, flow wrapping, cans, vacuum formed, point of purchase (POP) packaging, plastic, glass and aluminum bottles.

We offer custom packaging for adhesives, alcohol, bolts, fasteners, cleaners, electronics, lubricants, medical instruments, medical kits, mold releases, oils, chemicals, powders, OTC pharmaceuticals, paints, paper goods, personal care products, pet supplies, sprays, food, electronics, consumer goods and cosmetics. Our packaging features include anti-static, reusable, eco-friendly, moisture protection, tamper-evident, greaseproof, custom-designed, conductive, static shielding, printed and clear or color options available.

We can decide the package diameter, size, volume and wall thickness based on customer requirements. Our secondary services are service site support, product handling analysis, new product innovations, cost-reduction programs, customer requirements/needs analysis, inventory and delivery management. Prototype and low to high volume production are supported. Lead times are quoted on a job-by-job basis. Emergency and rush services are available.
