4 Panel – Bulk Bags

A 4-Panel Bag derives its name from the construction whereby 4 side panels are sewn together to make the bag body. These panels may or may not be hemmed, depending on the weight. Hemmed panels produce more support allowing for less “rounding” of the bag since each vertical seam of the bag is comprised of two double layers of secured fabric sewn together. A bottom is sewn onto the bag body (not required on a U-Panel).
