0.5mL System Requires Base Plate only
0.75mL System Requires one Spacer and Base Plate
1.0mL System Requires two Spacers and Base Plate
2.0mL System Requires three Spacers and Base Plate

ABS Base Plate – ABS (Acrylic Butyl Styrene) has good chemical resistance against acid and bases, are heat resistant up to 80°C, and can be centrifuged to 2,500 rpms.

Topas Base Plate – Topas (COC – Cyclic Olefin Copolymers) have excellent clarity and heat/chemical resistance. Plates can be autoclaved and sterilized, are heat resistant to 150°C, and are UV transparent down to 300nm.
