We utilize advanced metal stamping equipment to produce fully traceable washers from coil or sheet materials. Our FASTENEERING® approach, allows for our ultimate flexibility producing custom washers, stampings and component solutions for the most specialized applications.

G-Fast washers are manufactured to print, adhering to industry standards, and are available from a range of materials including steel, alloy steel, spring steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, Inconel®, Monel®, and titanium. Secondary operations are available to complete custom specified washer jobs include machining, double disc grinding, heat treatment and plating.

Typical G-Fast lead times for manufactured products are 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the part. In addition to manufactured made-to-print washers, all standard washers are available from stock, including flat washers, lock washers, spring washers, wave washers and many more.
