G-Fast USA custom manufactured screws are used in a wide range of applications, including but not limited to government, industrial and commercial applications.

Precision thread rolling techniques are employed to meet the most stringent tolerance for thread pitch diameters and when required, allowances plating thicknesses. We are experienced METRIC fastener suppliers as well as the common INCH standards. Custom USA manufactured screw types include but not limited to machine, captive, socket cap & set, shoulder, weld, thread cutting, and miniature screws.

G-Fast manufactured to print screws are available from a range of materials including steel, alloy steel, spring steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, Inconel®, Monel®, and titanium.

For strength and durability we offer a variety of heat treatments, surface finishing and plating including case hardening, neutral hardening, bead blasting, vibratory, electropolishing, passivation, electroplating and electroless nickel.
