Diallyl Phthalate

Diallyl Phthalate is a colorless to light yellow liquid or blue solid. It is can be used in both monomeric and polymeric forms. The monomer unit is utilized as a cross-linking agent in unsaturated polyester resins and varnishes. The polymer is employed in the preparation of thermosetting laminates, molding powders, and casting resins. It is also used to prepare potentiometers, insulators, circuit boards, a diluent, a sealant, metal castings, and a dye carrier.
