Maleic Acid Dry

Maleic acid is a white solid. It is used for alkyd resin, polyester resins, lubricant additives surface coatings, plasticizers, and copolymers. It is used to hinder the rancidity of oils, to dye and finish textiles, and to dye and finish wool, cotton, and silk. It is used as a raw material for aspartic, malic, succinic, propionic, tartaric, dimethyl maleate, lactic, acrylic acids, fumaric acid, glyoxalic acid, and malonic. It is used as an inhibitor for transaminase reactions and as a preservative for oils and fats.
