Citric Acid

Citric acid is a white solid. Citric Acid is used as a natural food preservative and pH-control agent in foods, and beverages. Citric Acid is used as an antioxidant in edible oils, as a reagent in chemical analysis, as a chromatographic reagent, as a biochemical reagent; as a chelating agent, and as a masking agent to prepare buffer solutions. Citric Acid is used to stimulate the renewal of keratin and is used in cosmetic products.
