Extrusion Services

At BRT Extrusions Inc., we offer industry-leading standard and custom extrusions. Our capabilities include fabrication, finishing, thermal fill and debridge. We offer various extruded products such as angles, bars, channels, rods, hollow tubes, tees, fence stiffeners and window system components. With top-of-the-line equipment, we can make products that have up to 8 in. profile width, 54 ft. length and 8 in. circumscribing circle diameter. We support a maximum ram pressure of 2500 tons and tolerances vary by job.

Materials we work with include 6000 series alloys, aluminum and hard alloy aluminum. At our facility, we are equipped with extrusion presses and utilize ram extrusion process for manufacturing our products. Additional services such as anodizing, painting, powder coating, precision cutting, drilling, punching and assembly are available. We follow lean manufacturing principles as well as Kaizen/5S methodology. Lead times vary by job and expedite options are available.

Prototype, low to high volume production and blanket orders are supported. We comply with AEC, ASTM and RoHS industry standards.
