We manufacture the custom magazine compression spring shown here in a quantity of 2,500/month. Utilizing our CNC controlled equipment and rectangular music wire to form the coil; we then trim it to the specified end finish. Secondary operations consist of a precise heat treating to relieve the stresses created by the bending process, and applying a black oxide conversion coating for appearance and corrosion resistance. The springs undergo comprehensive dimensional, visual, and function testing, and are then packaged according to the customer requirements before shipment.
