Fabricated Inconel 718 Nickel Alloy Latch Hook for Lighting Industry

For more than four decades, ARGO Spring Manufacturing has been providing customers in a range of industries with high quality custom metal products, utilizing multiple production methods. In the example profiled here, a customer in the lighting industry hired us to produce a latch hook to be used in their lighting application. Precision stamping was employed using Inconel 718 nickel alloy, according to the customer supplied 2D CAD drawings. The resultant part measured 0.031″ x 0.810″ x 2.13″ overall, with quality ensured by our comprehensive dimensional inspection and functionality testing procedures.

This tight tolerance part was completed rapidly, while upholding our internal standards for quality and meeting the customer’s expectations. 25,000 units were created for this project, shipped to the customer in the Midwest.
