Custom Furnace Fixturing

As an experienced manufacturer of all types of custom furnace components and fixtures, at Alloy Fabricators of New England, Inc., we can provide custom work holding solutions for any manufacturing challenge. We fabricate fixtures, baskets, trays, grids and shrouds for a variety of customers from commercial heat treaters to the powdered metal extraction industry. Fixtures can be designed for batch or continuous furnaces using a variety of ASTM/ASME grade nickel alloys and heat resistant stainless steels. Aluminum oxide coating can be added to the surface. These coatings can increase the life of the work holder and prevent sticking between the fixture and the parts.

Designs can be fabricated to customer specifications or we can offer design assistance based on our extensive experience in the heat treating and furnace industry. By collaborating with customers, we have been able to solve many fixturing challenges that the customers had struggled with for years.
