Our chemists and technical material specialists work directly with customers to gather information about the required material properties, the application environment, and other attributes such as industry or regulatory requirements. We either modify one of our standard products or develop and test an entirely new formula that satisfies all of the criteria. Our two R and D sites house state-of-the-art instruments and testing equipment for developing specialty products. Our manufacturing systems are monitored continuously to ensure the highest level of batch-to-batch consistency of custom formulations. We implement robust quality assurance and testing plans based on industry standards and customer requirements.

In addition to formulations for hair, skin, and color cosmetics, we produce silicone and resin compounds for use in mold release agents, inks, coatings, paint, and to protect textiles and leathers.
